Some generic outline to explain that the Parish Council doesn't do everything, but that there are other authorities too.
Local Services
The Parish Council manages the allotments, play areas for Lower and Upper Southrepps. We also pay via the income received from the Precept the cutting of grass areas owned by the Parish Council within the villages - we seem to have adopted the corner of grass on Long Lane as the grass cutting from NCC is so hit and miss.
We actively support all community initiatives where possible and feasible to do so.
The Council is proactive and we welcome approaches from our community and all are able to attend meetings. Street lighting is also another area managed by the Council although the units within the villages are split into ownership between Victory Housing, NCC and the Parish Council. Complex we know however, this the Clerk will help you resolve these matters.
